Ashlee Taylor, a PhD student of Nutritional Sciences, works as a Graduate Part Time Instructor in the Department of Nutritional Sciences in the College of Human Sciences. Her current research explores the effectiveness of using technology to influence nutrition knowledge, and ultimately behavior to prevent childhood obesity. Her research utilized and continues to utilize the Jump2Health Website™ which teaches “Seven Healthy Habits” to educate families in making better nutritional choices. Ashlee has been a GNO Member since May of 2011 and currently serves as the Outreach and Media liaison.
